Chelsea now likely to blow Arsenal out of water to sign Declan Rice as West Ham United transfer news emerges
Chelsea would likely go beyond the £100million mark to sign West Ham ace Declan Rice this summer, according to TEAMtalk.
The publication noted that the West London outfit would, therefore, beat Arsenal to his signature if they hit that £100million mark.
TEAMtalk added that the Gunners would be looking to bring Rice to North London for around £90million.

“With a move to Arsenal closing in, TEAMtalk can reveal that the two clubs are, contrary to reports, yet to agree a fee. West Ham still hope to achieve £100m, plus add-ons, for the 41-times capped England star.
“The Gunners, though, would rather pay nearer the £90m. And with chairman David Sullivan standing firm, the Gunners will need some crafty negotiation tactics to settle on a fee.
“The whole scenario now depends entirely on West Ham and Sullivan, especially knowing others, including Chelsea, would likely go beyond £100m.”

Huge transfer battle
Rice looks destined to leave the London Stadium this summer, with plenty of Premier League giants seemingly in for his signature.
And that interest is unsurprising given his top displays for club and country in recent years, with the midfielder seemingly always standing out on the pitch for the Hammers and the Three Lions.
Unfortunately for the East London outfit, they look set to not only lose their star midfielder, but also their captain fantastic.
Fortunately, however, they can expect to receive a huge fee for the 24-year-old, knowing full well that they can drag out the saga for as long as they need to.
Rice himself is in a superb position, with his confidence definitely sky-high due to the fact he has just lifted a major European trophy with his beloved club.
He was always going to leave West Ham on good terms, but the Europa Conference League final success has taken that to the next level.
