Alessandro Lucci doing all he can to persuade Filip Kostic into West Ham United move – ExWHUemployee

West Ham United are placing faith in agent, Alessandro Lucci to complete a move for Eintracht Frankfurt wing-back Filip Kostic, according to ExWHUemployee.

The reliable source has reported that the agent is doing all he can to persuade the Serbian to be open over a move to the London Stadium this summer.

The Irons are expected to have an answer in the coming days over the transfer, although Kostic has been nothing short of indecisive as he gets set to pick his next move.

Writing on the official West Ham Way Patreon page, Ex shared the latest behind the deal as it becomes yet another to hit saga status this summer.

“It is believed that Lucci is trying his best to convince the player to be open to a move to West Ham if the Italian move does not happen and that a new improved financial offer has been made to him as of today to try and persuade him to sacrifice the Bosman option,” he wrote.

“It is expected that we will be clearer in the next few days although the player is very indecisive at the moment and as a result, no one in the club knows definitively whether we have a chance or not.”

Frustration.

This is slowly turning into yet another transfer farce.

Either Kostic wants to come or he doesn’t, and the fact that he hasn’t made up his mind as of yet makes us lean towards the latter in this transfer saga.

David Moyes is rightly desperate for reinforcements on the left, as it could move Aaron Cresswell more centrally and improve depth to also play four in defence if needed.

Kostic would bring constant attacking threat and the ability to deliver assists all day long down the left, with that experience of winning silverware behind him.

West Ham United can likely offer the best financial package available to him with the Premier League money, so there are no issues on that side.

It appears as though Italian sides sniffing has turned his head though, along with his contract situation, let’s hope this can be sorted sooner rather than later.
