
West Ham United confirm starting line-up v Manchester City – One change for with Said Benrahma out
David Moyes has made one enforced change to his West Ham side to face Manchester City on Sunday [14 May].
Manuel Lanzini replaces Said Benrahma after the Algerian picked up an ankle injury in the Hammers’ 4-0 win over Norwich.
The Hammers go into their match with City knowing that a win will put their Europa League fate in their own hands.
As confirmed by West Ham’s official Twitter account, 20-year-old winger Armstrong Okoflex is on the bench and could make his debut for the Hammers.
Pressure on United
The Irons could mount the pressure on Manchester United with a positive result against City.
A win would mean the Hammers’ fate is in their own hands heading into their final day fixture against Brighton.
After their efforts this season, West Ham deserve European football at the very least.
Europa League qualification would give Moyes’ side a platform to continue their upward trajectory.

The Hammers would have a far better chance of attracting a higher calibre of player to the London Stadium if they are playing in the Europa League.
With Manchester United facing a tricky trip to Crystal Palace on the final day, Moyes’ side will fancy their chances of securing sixth spot.

With the Red Devils coming off a humiliating 4-0 defeat to Brighton a win at Selhurt Park is certainly not a forgone conclusion.
