Supercomputer predicts result of Bournemouth vs West Ham in Premier League showdown

Nuno Espirito Santo is looking to register another fantastic victory when West Ham travel to Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday.

West Ham’s 3-2 win over Burnley on 8 November leaves them in the relegation zone on goal difference, and there is now huge optimism that Nuno can guide them to safety.

The attacking football was finally flowing in West Ham’s 3-1 win over Newcastle, and they now face a completely different test against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

Andoni Iraola’s side have been fantastic this season, finding themselves ninth in the Premier League.

Bournemouth predicted as heavy favourites to beat West Ham

Despite losing their last two matches to Aston Villa and Man City, Bournemouth are flying high at the moment, and they go into the game with real confidence.

According to Opta‘s supercomputer, West Ham’s winning run will come to an end on the south coast.

West Ham have scored six goals in their last two matches, and there’s now a belief that Nuno’s experience can drag them out of a position they shouldn’t be in.

Lucas Paqueta looks to be back to his best, while Jarrod Bowen has enjoyed a successful international break with England.

More goals from open play are still needed, but the signs are positive, and Nuno has instilled a fighting belief in the players that was hardly seen under Graham Potter.

West Ham will have to produce a brilliant performance if they are to get all three points against the Cherries, and recent history between the two sides looks promising for the Hammers.

West Ham can extend brilliant record vs Bournemouth

Having played each other 22 times, West Ham have only lost four of those meetings.

The Hammers are on an eight-match unbeaten run against the Cherries, with their last loss coming in January 2019.

In last season’s clash at the Vitality, Enes Unal’s wonderful free-kick in stoppage time broke West Ham hearts, as Julen Lopetegui’s side had to settle for a point.

West Ham are embroiled in a relegation battle, and a statement win against an in-form side away from home would be a huge step in the right direction.
