Mike Dean reacts to Fulham v West Ham United controversy live on Sky Sports
Mike Dean admitted that Fulham should not have had a penalty after massive complaints against West Ham United.
Adama Traore was about to shoot at Craven Cottage when Max Kilman got back to snuff out the danger, with Marco Silva booked for his complaints.
Dean said it was a “tiny” nudge from the big summer signing, who used his strength as Julen Lopetegui watched his side snatch a last-gasp equaliser through Danny Ings.
Speaking live on Sky Sports Soccer Saturday, [14 September, 15:16] Dean reacted to the complaints from the home side.
“I agree, I don’t think it’s a penalty,” he said.
“There’s a tiny nudge in the back but not enough for it a penalty.”
Fulham controversy v West Ham?
Dean is spot on, there was never enough contact.
People seem to have forgotten that football is a contact sport, with any tumble in the box leading to huge complaints and officials being called out every week.

Lopetegui will have been raging with how his side started yet again, with that last-minute collision summing up everything as the Hammers went one goal behind.
This continues to happen, and it is taking far too long for the Spaniard to get his side firing on all cylinders in games, with Lucas Paqueta left out.
Kilman has been the one big-money signing that has been trusted immediately, with the rest having to wait for their chances off the bench.
Things haven’t started as many wanted under Lopetegui, and he will need to turn performances around very shortly, but snatching a draw is one positive, at least.
