Ex Liverpool captain Jamie Carragher predicts result of West Ham United v Nottingham Forest

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has shared his score prediction for the West Ham v Nottingham Forest game to be played on Sunday, 12 November.

Steve Cooper’s side will travel to London to take on David Moyes’ team who enjoyed a good mid-week in the UEFA Europa League.

The ex Liverpool captain has gone for the Hammers to secure a home victory in his Super Six column, predicting a 2-0.

Good result

Clean sheets are something that Moyes will take in a heartbeat and Carragher seems to back their defence and keeper to do their job.

The Hammers have conceded a number of cheap goals this season which wouldn’t make the players or the manager proud.

The consistency has been the main issue with the team and there are doubts being raised once again about Moyes’ credentials as a manager.

West Ham

He knows that in order to keep them quiet, his side will have to win and be the better team, not just edging out the game with their backs against the wall in front of their home fans.

This sort of approach to games is fine against the big sides but if they do it with Fores it raises more questions than it provides answers.

Hopefully, they go out, dominate possession, get the home fans onside and ensure that everybody wins.
