West Ham United are back in Championship action on Friday.

It's been a rough three-week international break for many, simply waiting for their clubs to return over the Nations League.

The Hammers welcome Queens Park Rangers to the London Stadium on 9 October, returning with a London derby.

Nuno Espirito Santo has had weeks to work with his troops at Rush Green, with several now returning from international work.

That could be reflected in the team that he selects.

QPR are only two points behind in sixth, so it certainly won't be walk in the park for those in claret and blue.

How can I watch West Ham vs QPR?

There are now more ways than ever to watch Championship and EFL football in midweek and weekends.

All midweek games are televised on Sky Sports Plus, while there are dedicated slots on Friday evenings and Saturday lunchtimes.

West Ham and QPR take the first Friday slot of this round of fixtures.

Sky Sports will showcase the game on their Main Event, Football and Ultra HDR channels for fans to watch.

With the game kicking off at 8pm, coverage will begin slightly before for build-up and interviews.

Any injury issues after international break?

Fingers crossed, nothing too serious has been revealed from the first break of the season so far.

Konstantinos Mavropanos had a small injury scare with Greece, but spoke out quickly to erase any fears, with an early substitute more of a precaution.

Outside of that, very little happened in terms of injuries.

Some clubs like Sunderland and Arsenal have been hit hard by the break, and it's turned out to be great to keep the likes of Jarrod Bowen back at home.

QPR have had drama of their own during the break, demanding that midfielder Glen Kamara returned home early from Finland duties.

That case is now with FIFA to be investigated, so it's unclear whether that effects his participation on Friday evening.

With five fixtures to come in October upon their return, West Ham will want to kickstart this month perfect with a win.

Only the first two will be televised as well, so it's time to put their foot down and start to really push forward this promotion bid.
