Speaking exclusively with West Ham Zone, Dr Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and a Sports Scientist, said: “The club may take a closer look at his injury history if the undisclosed injuries are related and/or recurring.

“Last season, he sustained a minor one but returned right after a game, which is impressive.

“There may be other underlying factors to consider, but I do not see any issues with his medical.”

West Ham must quickly finalise Hajdari’s transfer

Hajdari will be an astute signing for West Ham, offering aerial dominance and composure on the ball.

His 109 appearances and versatility as a right-back align with Graham Potter’s possession-based, fluid system.

With a £4.3million release clause, the 23-year-old is a low-risk investment with high resale potential, fitting Potter’s youth-focused recruitment strategy.

The Hammers boss’ success at Brighton, nurturing young defenders like Adam Webster, suggests he can unlock Hajdari’s potential.

Facing competition from Max Kilman and Jean-Clair Todibo, Hajdari’s physicality and adaptability could thrive under Potter’s coaching, bolstering the London Stadium outfit’s defence for the upcoming season.
