West Ham: FA fine and ban on cards after Kevin Nolan incident at London Stadium
Dan Plumley has insisted that West Ham United coach Kevin Nolan could be fined or even banned for his scuffle with Brentford forward Neal Maupay.
The Hammers coach got involved with Maupay as the teams emerged for the second half of their Premier League clash on 26 February.
The football finance expert admitted it depends on how severe the governing bodies, such as the FA deem the incident when reviewing footage.
“It can lead to fines,” he exclusively told West Ham Zone.
“It’s up to the governing body and the panels that look at these things to decide on how severe it is viewed in the context of whether it’s a reprimand or you give them touchline bans or fine them.
“So, again, all of those options are in play.
“The simple answer on it is it can extend to what is effectively off-the-pitch altercations as well, and we’ve seen that with managers and others down the years.
“It is a possibility and it may or may not hit the club in the pocket at some point so you do have to tread carefully with these things I guess.”

FA fines on the cards at West Ham United
When there is an incident in the Premier League, it is usually Maupay behind it, although he would be well-advised to stay away from Nolan.
It wasn’t as bad as it was made out to be, and hopefully, common sense can prevail with no punishments dished out by the FA.
