Aaron Wan-Bissaka medical update emerges amid West Ham United transfer links
Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka is unlikely to have issues clearing his West Ham medical despite multiple injuries last season, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that the Hammers will also do their due diligence before reaching the medical stage for the 26-year-old right-back.
This comes after talkSPORT reported on 17 July that Manchester United want £15million for the Croydon-born defender.
Speaking exclusively with West Ham Zone, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and a Sports Scientist, said:
“He suffered multiple injuries last season and that obviously had a tremendous impact on his match fitness.
“Unless there’s some outlier issue that remains, the injuries shouldn’t mess with the medical.
“The club will also do their due diligence on his physical fitness to make sure the risk is within their reasonable limits.“
West Ham may think twice before signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka
The Hammers might be hesitant to sign Wan-Bissaka due to his injury history.
The 26-year-old right-back has struggled with fitness issues in the past, which could impact his availability and performance on the pitch.
Julen Lopetegui needs a reliable player who can contribute consistently throughout the season.

While Wan-Bissaka’s defensive skills are highly regarded, his injury record may make the London club think twice about pursuing a deal.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers may vary their training routines as they have made an approach to sign a £70m-rated player this summer.
