Guido Rodriguez will be sweating over his future at West Ham United as the club potentially prepare for a January transfer swoop for Jobe Bellingham.

Therefore, Steidten is searching for answers to rejuvenate a divided dressing room and a side that is making a habit of being overrun in the engine room on a weekly basis.
Tomas Soucek has become a nailed-on starter for Lopetegui with no signs of change, Carlos Soler is merely on loan from Paris Saint-Germain, and the short-tempered Edson Alvarez is already on the fringes for the Irons with his inevitable departure decided [Daily Mirror].
Rodriguez is the only remaining option in the midfield ranks to make way for Bellingham – the 30-year-old was never viewed to be a long-term option, and he is seemingly not capable of being a short-term option for the Hammers.
Perhaps it is time for Steidten to admit his fault in recruiting the Argentine and send him on his way and focus on a more impactful strategy at West Ham.
