West Ham United transfer news: Max Aarons confirms he will leave Norwich City this summer amid interest
West Ham are plotting a transfer move for Norwich City defender Max Aarons, who has admitted he will leave this summer according to talkSPORT.
The 23-year-old is set to enter the final 12 months of his contract at Carrow Road and has been tipped for a return to the Premier League, where he already has 70 appearances under his belt.
But while his contract still has time to run, the defender has already made it clear he will leave this summer with the Hammers ready to make their move for his signature.

“West Ham are set to make a move for Norwich defender Max Aarons, talkSPORT understands,” they wrote (30 June).
“The Canaries star has already confirmed to talkSPORT he’s leaving Carrow Road this summer.”
Talent
Aarons has long been touted as a Premier League level defender, and has been linked with big moves for years that have never materialised.
But he seems adamant that he will be leaving the club this summer, and West Ham are looking to get to the front of the queue for his signature.

There have been question marks raised about the future of Ben Johnson as he enters the final year of his deal at the London Stadium, and Aarons would not only be an ideal replacement for him but it could be argued that he would be an upgrade too.
His experience despite his age would see him compete with Vladimir Coufal for the first-team spot at right-back and he would add more pace, youth and dynamism to an ageing squad.
It’s going to be a busy summer at West Ham, and this is one of a number of deals to keep an eye on clearly.
