West Ham enter Largie Ramazani transfer pursuit as Leeds United terms revealed

West Ham United are eyeing a late transfer swoop for Leeds United winger Largie Ramazani.

Nuno Espirito Santo is known to be looking for some more additions before the 1 September deadline.

Manor Solomon has already arrived to help bolster West Ham's wide ranks following the departure of Crysencio Summerville.

Despite being a left winger by trade also, Ramazani is a versatile midfielder who can operate down the right and even as a striker.

The 25-year-old spent the 2025-26 season on loan with La Liga outfit Valencia, where he scored six goals and provided two assists in 31 total games.

However, he could now be on the move again in this final week of the summer transfer window.

With five new signings through the door so far, it's still been a relatively quiet window for West Ham numbers-wise.

But with clubs across Europe now finalising their squads ahead of the deadline, these final days often sees fringe players being told they can leave.

This appears to be what's happened with Ramazani and Leeds, as he's not featured for the Whites in any of their opening competitive games of 2026-27.

Spanish journalist Nacho Sanchis - who has over 19,700 followers - claims via X on Wednesday that West Ham are willing to buy the winger.

It's claimed that Leeds will only sanction a permanent exit for the Belgian, and that their asking price is set at £3.4million plus a sell-on percentage.

Burnley and an Italian club are also said to be interested, but that Ramazani is waiting to see if a return to Valencia is possible.

Sanchis claims that Valencia have been wanting to sign Ramazani on loan throughout the summer, but Leeds aren't budging from their permanent or nothing stance.

Having joined Leeds in the summer of 2024 from Almeria, Ramazani has gone on to make just 31 appearances for the Whites.

All of those came in the 2024-25 season, where he played 29 times in Leeds' Championship title-winning campaign.

He scored six goals and provided two assists in the second tier that term, so there's evidence that he could be a solid addition for West Ham.

Upon his arrival at Elland Road, Ramazani penned a four-year contract, meaning he's set to become a free agent in the summer of 2028.

So, Leeds may realistically be unable to get much more for him than what they'd get right now, hence their reported desire to move him on permanently.

They could take a gamble and loan him out again, but should that not work out, his value will only have fallen even further come this time next year.
