The Netherlands winger has been heavily linked with a move to Roma over the past week.

West Ham's relegation from the Premier League has meant that an exit for the former Leeds United man has become increasingly inevitable.

Manchester United were prominently linked earlier in the window, though their interest has been intrinsically linked to the future of Marcus Rashford.

The likes of PSG, Aston Villa, Tottenham, and Liverpool have all been linked throughout the window, but Roma have stolen a march in recent days.

Now, it could be the case that West Ham will deliver their final decision imminently, with Summerville heading closer to the exit door each day.

Those talks are now seemingly pushing closer to a conclusion, with Roma looking increasingly likely to win the race for the 24-year-old's signature.

Now, Sky Sport journalist and presenter Angelo Mangiante has provided a further update on the situation.

Mangiante says that a "definitive answer" on Summerville's move to Roma will arrive on Tuesday.

He says that the latest offer from Roma is approximately £42.4million (€50m) plus bonuses.
