Mohammed Kudus lined up for £90m West Ham United exit despite controversy
Arsenal are reportedly “lining up” a £90 million move for West Ham star Mohammed Kudus ahead of the January transfer window, according to the Sunday People.
The newspaper reported on Sunday (3 November, pg53) that Arsenal hold an interest in the Ghanaian with the potential Saudi departure of attacker Leandro Trossard.
Kudus would be seen as a direct replacement for the Belgian who has been linked with a £40 million switch to Al-Ittihad.
Could Mohammed Kudus leave West Ham?
In his eight Premier League appearances this season, Kudus has registered just two goal contributions. Which for someone of his known ability, is far below the standards that are expected of him.
His performances have been far from those of last campaign but he still holds a significant amount of importance in Julen Lopetegui’s side and if the Hammers are to find a run of form, he could be crucial to doing so.
Kudus had an excellent debut season last time out, registering 14 goal contributions in 33 Premier League appearances. Having also notched five times in their Europa League campaign.

The ability he has is undeniable but a case can be made for the Ghanaian lacking consistency but with that said, his potential departure would be a huge blow for West Ham.
Should West Ham opt to sell the forward, they could bank a tidy £90 million but would need to replace the quality and creativity that Kudus provides.
