It states that he is prominent on Unai Emery's side shortlist following their failed pursuits of Joel Ordonez and Taylor Harwood-Bellis.
The report does not mention a potential fee, but it may give us a benchmark.

The figures mentioned for Ordonez and Harwood-Bellis should give the Irons a reference point.
The former is set to move to Crystal Palace in a £25million deal, and the Villans second bid for the latter was around the £18m mark.
Therefore, they should be looking in between that margin to sell the 26-year-old.
The East London side signed Todibo for £36.3m from Nice after his obligation to buy clause became active.
They may have to take a small loss if they are to get him out of the door, as he is clearly not going to play a part under Nuno this season.
If he continues to not be in and around the squad, his value would only tank even further, and that is not an acceptable outcome, and would only lead to scrutiny from supporters.
