West Ham United interest in Ismaila Sarr could have horrific impact on Nikola Vlasic
West Ham United winger Nikola Vlasic might as well leave the club now after the latest transfer report from the Sunday People.
The print edition of the newspaper reported on 12 June (page 61) that the Hammers are preparing a move for Watford winger Ismaila Sarr after their relegation from the Premier League.
The Hornets are said to want a fee in the region of £25million for the attacker which is a fair price given his form last season.

The Senegal international bagged seven goal involvements in only 22 appearances in the 2021/22 campaign in a very poor Vicarage Road team.
Signing Sarr would undoubtedly be a fantastic move for David Moyes and co, given that it is necessary to build on the momentum of the 2021/22 campaign.
Impact.
However, unfortunately, it may not be welcomed as openly by the players on the fringes of the squad.
One man who will be disheartened by the report is Vlasic. The Croatia international only featured 19 times in the Premier League for the Hammers last season – scoring only one goal along the way.

Moyes and the fans have exercised a lot of patience with the winger as he continues to find his feet in England but the arrival of new players could see him fall even further out of favour.
Of course, Sarr isn’t a left-winger but Jarrod Bowen’s presence on the right would likely see the Senegalese deputised on the left.
Vlasic didn’t have an awful lot of competition on the wing last season but that will hopefully, change by the start of the 2022/23 campaign – even if the Watford ace isn’t the man to challenge him.
Getting ahead of the game and leaving the club before he wastes another year might be a smart thing to do, for the sake of his own career.
