Ideal timeframe emerges for David Moyes sack at West Ham United amid 13% Sky Sports update
West Ham enjoyed a superb start to the new season, with the Hammers picking up impressive wins against the likes of Chelsea and Brighton among others.
They have, however, slowly but surely slumped down the Premier League table, currently occupying ninth place after 12 matches.
The campaign is once again being overseen by David Moyes, although the Scot may not be in the London Stadium dugout for much longer.

According to talkSPORT (6 November), it is unlikely that the boss will be offered a new contract when his current deal expires next summer.
Of course, if things go south before then, Moyes may lose his job much sooner, with the Hammers now handed the ideal timeframe to sack the manager if that is indeed their plan.
According to Sky Sports (22 November), the chances of avoiding the drop to the Championship following a managerial change after the turn of the year stand at just 13%, regardless of which position in the table the club are in.
Sky Sports summarised that “in addition to acting early, clubs should make managerial changes before hitting rock-bottom.”

While West Ham are in no immediate danger of slumping all the way to the bottom of the table, they could find themselves in a similar situation to the one they were in last season.
Serious pressure was under Moyes after the turn of the year given how the club were struggling in the Premier League during their ultimately successful Europa Conference League run.
The manager impressively turned things around, but it remains to be seen just how much time he will be given this time should the Hammers falter domestically.
