West Ham told to put £25m package together for Kurt Zouma

West Ham United have been told to put together a £25million package for Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma.

The Telegraph have reported on their website that the Irons are keen to add to their defensive depth before heading into Europe.

Thomas Tuchel is open to selling the 26-year-old with more than three players ahead of him at Stamford Bridge.

The French defender looks set to move away and has even been considered as part of a swap deal for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.

It is suggested that shouldn’t play too much of a role in these negotiations though, leaving the door open.

David Moyes and the Irons are said to be putting together a £20million deal, which doesn’t fall too far below the asking price.

Talks have been opened, and with little gap between the two sides, this one could move very quickly.

All eyes on.

With Europe and the push for the top-six again in the Premier League, squad depth is more important than ever, and Zouma would be an incredible signing.

The Frenchman has transformed in the past couple of years, and he could be set to continue that rise at the London Stadium.

Chelsea are in talks for Kounde and we need to move quickly to secure Zouma so he isn’t used as part of that deal.

GSB need to splash the cash more than usual, especially after last season’s success, and make this more of a consistent pattern each year.
