West Ham-linked Hwang Hee-chan closing on Wolves move
RB Leipzig striker and West Ham target Hwang Hee-chan is reportedly closing in on a move to Wolves this summer.
According to The Telegraph, the West Midlands outfit are attempting to complete a deal for the 25-year-old this summer.
The South Korean international, who has been made available for sale, plays as a forward for the Bundesliga club and is on the radar of Brighton and Atalanta along with the Hammers.

Fighting a losing battle
The Hammers would give anything to sign a striker before the August 31 deadline, but with every passing day, chances of that happening keep on reducing.
Hee-chan would’ve been a good signing for the East London outfit, despite him being a relative unknown to the casual Premier League fan.
He probably would not get too many West Ham fans excited either as they have watched their clubs linked with established Premier League and overseas forwards, but failing to sign anyone thus far.
However, Hee-chan was tasked by RB Leipzig to replace Timo Werner and has done incredibly well during his days in Germany.

In a profile on the Bundesliga website a year ago, he was likened to Roberto Firmino as he’s someone who likes dropping deep and putting in an incredible shift off the ball.
Former Liefering and Salzburg head coach Peter Zeidler also waxed his lyrical in that article, stating, “He’s exceptional, has a brutal dynamism. I’ve rarely seen anything like it.”
However, it seems like he’s Wolves found and the Hammers could rue missing out on his services should he hit the ground running in the Premier League.
