West Ham duo Ryan Fredericks and Mark Noble fit for Thursday
West Ham are set to have Ryan Fredericks and Mark Noble available and in the squad for their game on Thursday against Genk.
Claret & Hugh report that an insider has told them that both the right-back and the club legend are back in training, which is good news for David Moyes.
Since the Carabao Cup clash against Manchester United last month, Fredericks has been injured, while Noble missed the Everton game on Sunday.

Good boost for the Irons.
Now, neither Fredericks nor Noble are guaranteed starters anymore, but it is good for squad depth to have both of them in and around the squad.
Noble has so much experience and has played in both Europa League matches so far, while Fredericks is versatile and has a lot of pace.
As the season goes on, the Irons remain trying to compete on three fronts, they need to have as many players fit as possible, so it is good to hear that Fredericks and Noble are back in training.

Of course, we would be surprised if either started on Thursday, but hopefully, both are on the bench and ready to come on and contribute in their own way.
The Irons are looking for their third win in the Europa League this season, and you never know; one of these two could make the difference off the bench.
After all, football is a squad game, and everyone has to contribute in some way across the season.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers could be set to receive a big cash injection.
