West Ham could make an early swoop for Fulham attacker Fabio Carvalho, according to reliable insider ExWHUemployee.
It is believed that the Hammers are fond of the 19-year-old attacking midfielder whose contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
While signing a number 10 is not a priority for the club this month, Ex claims it could happen.
He said on the recent episode of the West Ham Way Podcast, “Carvalho at Fulham is a guy we like. His contract expires in the summer. He’s not a priority position in January but we could move early for him.”
Worth considering
The Hammers have a plethora of up and coming youngsters in the academy, but in Carvalho, they will have a player who’s on the cusp of a first-team breakthrough.

In his fledgling career, Carvalho has already bagged 39 goals and is very similar to Dele Alli under Mauricio Pochettinho.
He’s extremely sharp with his runs beyond the final defender and oftentimes to perfection.
He has been billed as an “incredible” talent and we cannot wait to see how he would fare in the Premier League.
Should he want to stay with his family in London, a move to the Hammers would make a lot of sense and the club must try to sign him up at all costs.
