West Ham confirm starting XI v Arsenal

West Ham have confirmed their starting XI for their game against Arsenal in the Premier League tonight.

David Moyes’ side are starting to suffer from injuries, and there is one change to the team that drew 0-0 with Burnley on Sunday with Pablo Fornals coming in for Said Benrahma.

Lukasz Fabianski starts in goal.

The back four in front of him consists of Vladimir Coufal, Issa Diop, Craig Dawson and Arthur Masuaku.

Declan Rice partners Tomas Soucek in the middle once more.

Then Michail Antonio plays upfront with Manuel Lanzini, Pablo Fornals and Jarrod Bowen buzzing around behind him.

Moyes’ team is still going.

The Hammers weren’t great on Sunday, but they still should have won the match, and Burnley have Nick Pope to thank for keeping them at bay.

Tonight’ game is tougher on paper, but the Irons have still put out a strong team, and you would think they can be confident of getting a win.

However, their bench isn’t in the best shape due to injuries, and Moyes can only call on Nikola Vlasic, Said Benrahma and Mark Noble as experienced options.

The rest of the players are all young and inexperienced, which could mean that they are unpredictable, but you would hope that Moyes doesn’t have to call upon any of them.

This is a tough one to predict because Mikel Arteta’s side seem to be either brilliant or terrible, and there is no in-between.

So, we are looking forward to seeing how the Hammers do at the Emirates as the games keep coming thick and fast.
