This is why Kurt Zouma move to West Ham in danger of collapse

West Ham United were hit with the major blow that their move for Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma was reportedly off on Wednesday evening.

Julien Maynard suggested that talks had collapsed entirely and that the Frenchman would not be moving to the London Stadium.

That appears to be jumping the gun, although it looks to be heading that way in yet another shambles this week.

Jason Burt has shared further information on the ongoing situation, and it is once again the agents making things difficult.

The Telegraph journalist reported on his personal Twitter account that the Irons have hit a sticking point with Zouma’s agent.

“Told that talks between West Ham and Kurt Zouma’s agent are proving very difficult,” he said.

“Move from Chelsea now in danger of collapse.”

Surely not.

We can’t believe that this has popped up yet again.

Nikola Milenkovic was all-but-certain to join the Hammers earlier in the window, but talks with the agent proved to be difficult yet again.

GSB cannot be doing all they can to get these deals over the line, and there comes a time where sometimes you just have to pay the money.

The Irons can’t keep risking these deals collapsing, especially now it is the final week of the window and the possibility of no one arriving is really growing.

It doesn’t look as though it is fully collapsed as first suggested, but it is certainly heading that way unless something changes very quickly.
