PAI Capital promise wholesale changes at West Ham in six-page interview
PAI Capital have promised to make West Ham a more viable and sustainable club for the future should the takeover go through.
The consortium with a keen interest in buying the London club from David Gold and David Sullivan got in touch with The West Ham Way, which is ExWHUemployee’s Patreon account, to get their message across to the Hammers fans.
In this six-page interview, they discuss their plans to buy the club and as West Ham fans, how they plan on changing the way things have been going on at the London Stadium.

They said, “From a longer-term perspective, our business model changes the way the club operates at the moment – it will become part of a larger setup which guarantees much more viable and sustainable development so we can compete in the Premier League’s top six every season.
“A club of West Ham’s importance cannot be run as a private toy or some vanity project.
“It must have a proper, institutionalised structure that guarantees stability.”
Vague
PAI may have a genuine interest in buying the club, but thus far their plans seem to be pretty vague.
We certainly would like a change of ownership and anyone but the current board would be welcomed by the London Stadium faithful, but there doesn’t seem to be a proper plan in place from the consortium thus far.
All we’ve been reading and hearing is that they want to do certain things, but there’s nothing as to how they see themselves getting there.

These things are going to take time so we do hope to see more from them in the future, because thus far we’re not fully convinced about them.
They claim to be fans of the football club, but their knowledge about it seems pretty limited.
Let’s hope that we get more clarity about this in the coming weeks and months, but as of now, we must get some signings over the line as soon as possible.
