Michael Owen predicts result of West Ham clash v Man City
West Ham will travel to Etihad Stadium to face Manchester City in the Premier League clash on Sunday.
Ahead of the game, Michael Owen has predicted a 3-1 win for the Premier League champions.
The former England striker expects a “good game” at the Etihad Stadium but feels City have got enough quality to pick up all three points.

“It was a stroll in the park for City at home to Everton last weekend, and they’ll need more of the same here to keep up with pacesetters, Chelsea. West Ham are tough opponents,” wrote Owen for BetVictor.
“They can be hard to break down, and in attack, Michael Antonio is a handful. I’m expecting a good game here. City should be on a high after an excellent midweek win against PSG, and with the wind in their sails, I think they’ll notch up another three points.”

Tough game
City are in tremendous form at the moment, having picked up four wins in a row in all competitions.
Pep Guardiola’s side are one of the contenders for the title, and it will be a tough game for the Hammers. City earned a 2-1 victory against PSG in midweek, and strolled past Everton 3-0 last week.
West Ham, currently fourth in the table, will look to maintain that position, and getting a positive result away from the Etihad will give them tremendous confidence.
The Hammers are heading into this game on the back of a 2-0 win against Rapid Vienna. They have secured a passage to the knock-out rounds of the competition, and they should be high on confidence ahead of the game.
David Moyes’ side have previously knocked out Manchester City from the EFL cup competition this season. Owen has suggested that Michail Antonio could be a “handful” weapon, and it remains to be seen if he can score on Sunday.
In other West Ham news, a Hammers outcast has been tipped for a move to the Championship in January.
