Gianluca Scamacca signs with CAA Stellar agency as West Ham United future in the air - Fabrizio Romano
West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca has signed with a new agency and is now represented by Jonathan Barnett, Fabrizio Romano has reported.
The Hammers ace left his previous agency WSA due to a “lack of trust” in February, as speculation continues to grow about his future at the London Stadium.
And now the Italy international has signed with CAA Stellar agency and is represented by Barnett and David Lee, with the new agents set to plan for his future.
“West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca has signed with CAA Stellar agency as new representatives to plan for his future,” he wrote on his personal Twitter account (2 April).
“Here’s Scamacca with Jonathan Barnett and David Lee,” as he posted an image of the three together.

There’s never smoke without fire, so the doubts around Scamacca’s future are fair considering our position in the Premier League for most of this season.
Scamacca was never likely to join the club because if he wanted to be in a relegation fight he could’ve just stayed where he was in Italy, and the interest from Juventus and AC Milan is likely to be good for him.
But there’s no doubt that he is good enough to improve in the Premier League and be a real force if he can stay fit and we can stay in the division.
Should we be able to stay in the top flight next season then it would be odd for us to see him leave considering we saw the money be splashed on bringing in a new striker after so long, but if he doesn’t want to be here then we shouldn’t look to keep hold of him just because.
If he’s unhappy then let him go and get a replacement, but if he’s happy to stay we should be confident in the fact we have a top striker at the club.
