ExWHUemployee shares if Marcelo Bielsa could replace David Moyes as West Ham United manager
West Ham United will not look to bring in Marcelo Bielsa if they decide to sack David Moyes this season, according to ExWHUemployee.
The Hammers are sitting just outside the relegation zone on goal difference after five defeats in a row, leaving manager Moyes under severe pressure and fighting for his job.
Reports suggested that Bielsa could be someone that they target to replace Moyes should the Scot leave the club in the near future, but Ex took to his Patreon (2 January) to share what his top sources are saying about the situation.
“We have asked our high placed sources whether there is any chances of Biesla being the next manager at the club,” he wrote.
“We were given a stern word that they still backed the manager (although are insistent they obviously expect an upturn in performances and results) and that this hasn’t changed and that the former Leeds manager Marcelo Biesla is not one that they would consider at this point.”

While Moyes absolutely should go and is currently on borrowed time in his role, there is no doubt that Bielsa is not the man to take this club forward.
This is the same coach who is so stubborn towards his own way of playing he watched Leeds get thumped regularly and didn’t change things just last season, causing him to be sacked.
Jesse Marsch came in and eventually saved them, but the damage was very nearly already done and it would be a terrible match up to pair his bizarre fitness and training regimes with our injury plagued squad.
Who the right man is for West Ham nobody seems to know right now, with fans divided about who it should be to come in in Moyes’ place, but it’s fair to say that Bielsa probably wouldn’t be a popular appointment.
Thankfully it’s not one that is on the cards any time soon, although the board are still backing Moyes to turn things around and come good.
