Jamie Carragher makes final West Ham United relegation prediction vs Leeds
West Ham United go into the final day of the Premier League knowing that anything is still possible.
The Hammers welcome Leeds United to the London Stadium on Sunday, with Tottenham taking on Everton in North London at the same time.
Nuno Espirito Santo and West Ham are two points behind with the worst goal difference, leaving them as the favourites to go down, with Spurs needing to lose.
Leeds are comfortably safe and will likely be without the likes of Anton Stach, Pascal Struijk and Noah Okafor, with five possible starters missing.
West Ham need to fight for their lives, but not many are expecting a positive outcome.

West Ham set for the Championship
Jamie Carragher doesn’t expect much happiness at full-time at the London Stadium, actually admitting it may end with a whimper.

Speaking alongside his predictions for Sky Sports’ Super 6, Carragher was cut-and-dry with his final expectations from an enthralling end to the season.
“West Ham will go down with a whimper, while Spurs survive by the skin of their teeth, while Brighton will beat a team of Man Utd youngsters given a run out for the final week,” he said.

It would be a huge disappointment for the Hammers, but anything could happen on the final day.
What needs to happen for West Ham to survive?
It is between West Ham and Tottenham for that final relegation spot in the Premier League, with Leeds and Nottingham Forest pulling away weeks ago.
Spurs dropped to a 2-1 defeat against Chelsea on Tuesday, with a point likely enough to see them survive at this stage due to their goal difference.
That keeps nerves high at Hotspur Way, and if they fall to defeat against Everton on the final day, all eyes will be on the London Stadium.

Leeds do have somewhat of an injury crisis on their hands, and despite their win over Brighton last time out, they are there for the taking.
West Ham can’t rely on that alone, though, and they must do everything so much better than they did against Newcastle last time out.
It’s no secret who is the favourite to go down, but the Hammers simply can’t go down with a whimper.
