Before he swapped his boots for the microphone, the now-39-year-old did indeed spent a small portion of his playing career with Millwall.

He signed for the Lions on a three-month loan deal from Tottenham in the summer of 2007, and made 15 appearances for them, scoring twice.

So, ahead of Sunday's Dockers Derby, O'Hara has taken to his X account to wish his former side well against West Ham.
