West Ham United secured a 6-0 win against Wrexham on Friday night.
It had felt like a matter of time before the Hammers truly blew away a team with their attacking might.
That was seen in flashes against Bolton Wanderers, although things were made difficult by their two strikes.
It instead came at the London Stadium against the Welsh outfit as they travelled to the London Stadium.
The performance from Nuno Espirito Santo's side was simply top class and the result was totally deserved.
It proved just where West Ham are right now and also saw them make history in claret and blue.

The Irons aren't exactly famed for picking up this sort of victory.
After the struggles of the Premier League last year, this is a welcome change for the E20 faithful.
To win 6-0 over anyone is great, but do so over what could be a promotion rival is all the more impressive.
An added element to the win saw the hosts win with six different goalscorers getting in on the act.
Jarrod Bowen, Joel Piroe, Konstantinos Mavropanos, Taty Castellanos, Mohamadou Kante and Manor Solomon all made their presence felt.
They helped to make history for West Ham as the first time in their 131-year history that they've had six different scorers in a single match.
That proves just how big an achievement this was, but were they first second tier side to do so?
Has any Championship side matched West Ham's achievement?
It isn't an everyday occurance for a side to score six in the second tier.
It is all the more rare to have six separate goalscorers.
There are very few other examples of when it is happened, with West Ham being one of those now.
Charlton Athletic did so in 2013 when they secured a 6-0 win away to Barnsley.
It was then Bristol City who managed the same feat three years later as they played host to Bolton.
That sums up how difficult this achievement is and makes it all the better from a Hammers perspective.
