West Ham: Nuno Espirito Santo furious in things you may have missed vs Crystal Palace
West Ham United missed an opportunity to get three points against Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Monday.
The Hammers travelled to Selhurst Park on 20 April, but neither team really deserved to win, with the 0-0 draw a fair outcome.
It may end up being a monumental game for the Irons, who hope to avoid relegation to the Championship and a win could have extended their lead over Tottenham Hotspur to four points.
The East London outfit were arguably the better side in the first half, but their momentum tanked after the break.
Nuno Espirito Santo struggled at Selhurst Park, and here, West Ham Zone look at things you may have missed from the Hammers’ draw in South London.

West Ham fans sing Tottenham chant vs Crystal Palace
Travelling supporters against Palace were singing chants about Tottenham Hotspur’s miseries this season.
Spurs find themselves in a relegation battle with the Hammers, with Roberto De Zerbi realising the quest for survival isn’t as easy as he would have thought.

The North London outfit haven’t won a Premier League game in 2026 and their form suggests that they’re the favourites to go down alongside Burnley and Wolves.
While the Irons aren’t safe yet, fans have every right to believe Nuno can get them over the line after one loss in their last five English top-flight matches.
Nuno Espirito Santo furious at Selhurst Park
In the 75th minute, El Hadji Malick Diouf was penalised for an apparent foul on Ismaila Sarr, which Nuno wasn’t pleased with.
The Portuguese manager looked angry, with his hands on his head as Darren England blew the whistle, but on second look it was clear that the left-back clearly got the ball.

With not much at stake for either team, the small decisions by officials can undoubtedly play a big role in the final result.
The refereeing on the night surely wasn’t the best, but Hammers and Eagles fans can’t blame that for the snoozefest they watched at Selhurst Park.
West Ham vindicated after Jorgen Strand Larsen stinker
Taty Castellanos was the striker the Hammers hedged their bets on in the winter transfer window and it seems to have paid off.
Jorgen Strand Larsen was wanted at the London Stadium ahead of January, but the Irons felt his valuation was too high.
Looking at the Norwegian striker’s 60-minute display at Selhurst Park, Nuno will be glad he didn’t push for the 26-year-old’s arrival.
The East London outfit clearly made the right call by avoiding a big-money move for Strand Larsen, with Konstantinos Mavropanos and Axel Disasi keeping him quiet.
