West Ham vs Arsenal team news latest as Jurrien Timber one of two definitely ruled out
West Ham United face Arsenal at the London Stadium, where a couple of players have been ruled out of action.
Sunday’s contest is huge at both ends of the Premier League, as West Ham are battling to avoid relegation and Arsenal are favourites to land the title.
Nuno Espirito Santo‘s men were beaten 3-0 at Brentford last weekend which, coupled with Tottenham’s win over Aston Villa, saw them drop into the bottom three.
Arsenal, meanwhile, saw Manchester City beat Brentford 3-0 on Saturday to close the gap at the summit to just two points.
Ahead of the showdown in East London, West Ham Zone rounds up the injury latest for both sides.

Nuno Espirito Santo in dreamland with West Ham injury latest
West Ham may be in a tricky situation right now, but Nuno certainly cannot blame an injury crisis for that.
Indeed, the Irons have had a clean bill of health for their past couple of matches now, with key men Jarrod Bowen and Crysencio Summerville both remaining available for selection.

And speaking to reporters on Friday, Nuno once again confirmed there are no injury concerns for the showdown with Arsenal.
There remains a question mark over the actual fitness of Lukasz Fabianski, but he is third choice in the goalkeeping pecking order anyway.
As seen from the predicted lineup graphic below, Nuno has some big decisions to make against Arsenal on the back of losing at Brentford last week.

A change of formation is possible, with a back five possibly more suited to keeping Arsenal’s array of attacking talents quiet.
Mikel Arteta shares update on Jurrien Timber
Arsenal are continuing to battle on multiple fronts as we approach the conclusion of the campaign.
The Gunners are still on for a Champions League and Premier League double, which would make this the greatest season in their history.
Mikel Arteta also has near enough a fully-fit squad to choose from, with Jurrien Timber and Mikel Merino the only confirmed injury issues.

In fact, Arteta has now confirmed Timber, 24, will miss out on Sunday’s clash with West Ham, which is also the case for Merino.
Both men are in a race against time to feature again this campaign.
So that means two players are confirmed to be out at the London Stadium, and thankfully neither of those are West Ham players.
