West Ham Women set to announce club-record fee as Anouk Denton transfer details emerge

West Ham Women are set to be bankrolled.

Things are fairly bleak across the board at West Ham United at this present time.

The men’s side are in grave danger of being relegated from the Premier League, with Nuno Espirito Santo fighting for his job at the London Stadium.

Meanwhile, the women’s team are also battling against relegation in the WSL, with Rehanne Skinner being sacked in December after her side won just one of their opening 11 league games this season.

Relegation for West Ham Women has been predicted for some time now, and with results yet to improve under new boss Rita Guarino, a rebuilding project appears to be in order.

West Ham set to cash in record transfer fee

West Ham Women face some tough and fascinating transfer decisions this month, as they weigh up whether to put everything into WSL survival, or start looking towards raising funds for the future.

Anouk Denton has always been tipped for West Ham stardom, and the 22-year-old has once again been one of the bright sparks for the Irons in 2025-26.

However, her time in London looks set to come to an end, with a report from BBC Sport on Sunday claiming that Denton is set to sign for San Francisco-based outfit Bay FC in a deal which looks to be worth £200,000, which would set a new record for West Ham’s transfer fee received.

Meanwhile, fellow defender Amber Tysiak is also closing in on a move away from West Ham, with the same report stating that the 25-year-old is on the verge of signing for German club Union Berlin, in a deal worth around £150k plus possible add-ons.

Denton’s West Ham career by the numbers

Losing Denton is going to be a massive blow to West Ham Women, not just for their WSL survival chances, but also for the fact that a potentially cornerstone piece of their future at the back will be removed.

Since signing for West Ham on a permanent basis in January 2023, the versatile defender has consistently been one of the first names on the teamsheet.

In 10 WSL appearances in 2025-26, Denton has a dribble success rate of 68.4 per cent, whilst winning 51 duels and making 57 recoveries for her team.
