New faces incoming?
West Ham certainly came under the spotlight in the summer transfer window, with the East London club facing an uphill task from the very beginning as Declan Rice left for Premier League rivals Arsenal.
The Hammers were always going to lose the England international after his standout displays in claret and blue, meaning there was definitely work going on behind the scenes to find a suitable replacement.
And the scouts at the club didn’t let West Ham down, with Edson Alvarez and James Ward-Prowse arriving from Ajax and Southampton respectively.
Alvarez’s Ajax teammate Mohammed Kudus also joined the setup, with all three players immediately hitting the ground running at the London Stadium.
But could there be further new faces incoming soon? Both youngsters would be brought in to help out at the back, with Yoro a central defender and Santos a right-back. The former is just 18, while the latter is 21.
In other West Ham news, a Sky Sports pundit was stunned by what one Hammers ace did in the first half against Crystal Palace.
