West Ham United transfers wanted as big-money attack duo ready to follow Max Kilman deal

Simon Banza and Youssef En-Nesyri are now “keen” to follow Max Kilman in at West Ham, according to GiveMeSport.

The outlet report via their website on 5 July that with the £40million Wolves captain on his way in at the London Stadium, after Sky Sports’ Dharmesh Sheth reporting the same day an official confirmation is just a matter of time, the two European-based strikers are interested in joining Julen Lopetegui’s squad.

The Hammers have received indications as such on both both and official bids could now be on the cards in the coming weeks.

Sevilla are said to be looking for £21m for former Julen Lopetegui charge En-Nesyri, while Banza has a £34m release clause in his Braga contract, but bids below the £55m total “will be entertained for the remainder of the transfer window”.

Simon Banza and Youssef En-Nesyri open to West Ham moves

Once the Kilman move is announced the striker position is probably the most pressing priority to address next, with Luis Guilherme also added as an exciting wide option already.

Divin Mubama has already gone and both Michail Antonio and Danny Ings could potentially leave this summer so, much as there is a significant overhaul on the cards in defence, a completely new-look strike force is on the cards.

En-Nesyri almost makes too much sense as a long-term Irons target who has also had success previously under new boss Lopetegui.

The same factors have seen a move pushed ahead for Kilman after the Spaniard managed him at Molineux, so a deal for his ex-Sevilla forward would now be on the cards.

Simon Banza
West Ham want to sign Braga striker Simon Banza.

But he is almost certain to need a couple of new strikers, at least, so if Banza is interested and bids below his release clause will be listened to it sounds like the door is open.

In other West Ham news, a “strong” update has emerged live on Sky Sports as two senior men could now leave to spark another high-profile signing.
