West Ham United transfer development emerges in Noussasir Mazraoui chase
Manchester United and Juventus both have work to do before they sign West Ham target Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich, according to Foot Mercato.
The news outlet reported on 26 July that the Morocco right-back fancies a move to Manchester United, who need to sell Aaron Wan-Bissaka first, despite the Hammers reaching a verbal agreement for him with Bayern Munich.
Juventus are also a side the 26-year-old fancies but they need to part ways with a few players in order to sign him.
West Ham may now turn their attention to Aaron Wan-Bissaka
The Hammers are now likely to shift their focus to Wan-Bissaka, a player they have been linked with this summer [Dharmesh Sheth], after the recent developments regarding Mazraoui.
The fact that the Red Devils need to sell him to sign the Moroccan presents an opportunity for West Ham to secure a deal for the Premier League defender
It seems unlikely that both Manchester United and Juventus will be unable to do what it takes to sign Mazraoui.
Thus, it makes sense for the Hammers to end their pursuit then and there as the player doesn’t seem tempted by the opportunity to play at the London Stadium.
Wan-Bissaka is a likelier option and proven in the Premier League as well so it makes sense to secure his services.

There doesn’t seem to be as much competition as well in the race to secure the 26-year-old’s services and he’d be a good fit for Julen Lopetegui’s system.
In other West Ham news, Arsenal and Newcastle have made late moves to hijack Spurs’ deal to secure the services of a Hammers player this summer.
