West Ham United news as £10m+ Vitao puts house for sale amid transfer development

West Ham have made a proposal for Internacional defender Vitao who has put his house up for sale, according to Revista Colorada.

The Brazilian news outlet reported on 10 June that the 24-year-old is valued at over £10million by Internacional, who hold 80% of his economic rights.

The centre-back is understood to be open to leaving which is what has prompted him to hand over the house he’s currently living in.

Tim Steidten has earmarked Vitao as the next West Ham signing from Brazil

Tim Steidten, the club’s technical director, appears to have identified Vitao as a key target in his efforts to strengthen the defence.

This demonstrates his ability to navigate the complexities of the South American transfer market and secure promising talents.

Vitao, valued at over £10 million by Internacional, is seen as a strong addition to the Hammers’ defensive lineup and it remains to be seen if they can get the deal over the line.

The 24-year-old Brazilian defender’s openness to leaving and the fact that he has put his house up for sale suggest that a deal could be imminent.
