West Ham United in touch with Hugo Ekitike agents as PSG forward makes transfer decision
West Ham are in touch with the agents of Hugo Ekitike as the PSG forward is set to make a decision on his future, according to 90min.
The news outlet reported on its website on Wednesday (20 September) that the Hammers are monitoring the 21-year-old’s situation as he is currently down the pecking order with The Parisians.
It said the Frenchman is ready to “look at other options available” if he isn’t more involved at the Parc des Princes by December, with the Irons’ Premier League rivals Everton, Crystal Palace, Brentford and Wolves also interested in signing him.

Could be worth it
It certainly wouldn’t be out of the question to see West Ham make a move for Ekitike in January after they have been linked with the forward on a number of occasions.
He is clearly unhappy with the game time he is receiving with PSG and it looks likely that he could soon be moving on in pursuit of more first-team football elsewhere.
The Hammers could be back in for another forward once January comes around, with players heading off to the African Cup of Nations to further weaken the club’s attacking options.

The report details that a move to England is the “most likely outcome” for Ekitike, but it added that a loan move to Ligue 1 sides Lyon, Lens and Reims could also be an option.
This could definitely be one potential transfer to keep an eye on because he does potentially fit the bill of the kind of player we are looking to bring in due to his age and physical stature.
In other West Ham news, one player could be set to leave the club in January after transfer news has emerged.
