West Ham United: Callum Marshall’s dad shares 100% admission as West Brom loan deal blasted
West Ham ace Callum Marshall’s dad has liked a series of tweets blasting his son’s loan deal at West Brom.
After Albion manager Carlos Corberan admitted that the Northern Ireland international isn’t ready to play regular game time for the Championship club, his dad, Ciaran Marshall, liked several posts on Twitter criticising the decision to send him to The Hawthorns.
One Hammers fan’s tweet on Thursday (7 March) suggested that the 19-year-old forward should have gone to a mid-table side instead of the promotion hopefuls and that the club should bring him back, with his dad agreeing with the post as he simply said “100 per cent”.
West Ham ace Callum Marshall wasted at West Brom
It will have been an incredibly disappointing past few weeks for Marshall and his family after he’s made just three appearances off the bench since joining West Brom.
The forward hasn’t featured in any of the Baggies’ past four games despite the fact that they are currently undergoing an injury crisis up front.
He would have been expecting to go out on loan and play regular football, having scored an incredible 16 goals in 10 Premier League 2 matches this season.

It’s understandable that his dad is frustrated at his son’s lack of game-time, but unfortunately, his activity on social media isn’t going to help his cause of playing more minutes.
It’s unlikely that the Hammers will look to bring him back from his loan spell, but we need to make sure he is sent somewhere next season where he will get more opportunities.
In other West Ham news, sources have claimed a Premier League manager is now in the frame to replace Moyes.
