Declan Rice is not happy at the £100million valuation that West Ham have put on his head, according to a report in The Telegraph.
The Hammers midfielder has been linked with an exit all summer, but his asking rate has effectively put him beyond the reach of all the clubs that are keen on securing his services.
This decision is understood to have upset him and he’s reportedly informed the club about it.

As one would expect, this did not go down too well with Hammers fans on Facebook who slammed Rice for having an issue with decisions made at the boardroom level.
Here’s what they said:

We’re not really sure whether it’s how Rice feels as other players in the market are all being sold for inflated values this season.
If in case he does want to leave, the club would probably reduce their valuation for him.
However, as things stand he appears to be focused and has started the season well for us.
Hopefully, he can soon put this exit talk behind him and concentrate on playing football.
