West Ham ‘reignite Luka Jovic transfer’ amid ‘juicy offer’ for striker
West Ham are shifting gears in the transfer market after a fairly tepid start to the window.
Graham Potter now has El Hadji Malick Diouf within his ranks after completing a £19million switch from Slavia Prague.
However, the Hammers did lose Mohammed Kudus to Tottenham and are lacking a goal threat around Jarrod Bowen.
Now, the East London club have been linked with Luka Jovic, who they held an interest in several years ago.

West Ham keen on Jovic after AC Milan exit
Jovic has been linked with a West Ham move many times, but has yet to complete a switch to the Premier League club.
The striker left AC Milan as a free agent at the end of the 2024/25 season and is now searching for a fresh challenge.
Last season, the Serbian international only managed four goals in all competitions, although opportunities were sparse.
The 27-year-old has played for some of Europe’s most famous sides and won the Champions League with Real Madrid.
Club | Appearances | Goals |
Real Madrid | 51 | 3 |
Fiorentina | 50 | 13 |
AC Milan | 47 | 13 |
Now, West Ham are interested in signing Jovic again, according to Estadio Deportivo (22 July).
However, Getafe, Cruz Azul, and Real Oviedo have also been linked with the striker, who did not extend his stay at the San Siro.
Oviedo are making good progress in signing the forward and are just waiting on Jovic to say yes to the move.
Moreover, an unnamed team from the United Arab Emirates have made a “juicy” offer for the Serbian, which could change things.

Jovic not worth gamble for the Hammers
Although Jovic is a free agent, a move for him would be a risky one, given his lack of impact over recent years.
The Serbian has failed to score more than six league goals since the 2018/19 season, when he netted 17 for Eintracht Frankfurt.
At 27, the striker has a couple of years in him to prove himself, but Potter cannot afford to have yet another flop on his hands.
West Ham only need to reference what has happened with Gianluca Scamacca, Niclas Fullkrug, and Nikola Vlasic.
Now, the Irons must make sensible moves in the market and should sign a forward with a track record.
