West Ham have five bids tabled in hope of last-gasp transfer flurry
West Ham have tabled five offers in a bid to add to David Moyes’ squad before the January transfer window slams shut at 11pm tomorrow (31 January), according to ExWHUemployee.
Even though there are clear gaps in the squad that need filling, the Hammers have not signed anyone for their first-team this month.
And it seems that the club, perhaps in desperation, is going for broke and Ex claims there are currently multiple offers on the table in a last-ditch effort to strengthen the squad.

“We have five offers currently in for players and as we hear things we will let you know,” said the reliable Hammers insider on the West Ham Way’s Patreon account on Sunday afternoon (30 January).
Panic mode?
It sure seems as though West Ham have lost their way a bit and are now desperately trying to get bodies through the door before 11pm tomorrow.
It’s been a frustrating month for fans who’ve eagerly anticipated the arrival of new signings.
Moyes clearly needs to strengthen his strikeforce and also bolster up a defence that has lost Angelo Ogbonna to injury for the rest of the season.

There are also other areas that could do with adding to, like the centre of the midfield. However, that can wait until the summer for now unless a young is brought in with the view to him being involved next term.
But ultimately, we simply have to sign a centre-back or a striker this month otherwise we’re going to be very, very short in those areas if we get one or two more injuries, suspensions or positive COVID cases.
Why have we waited until this stage to table so many offers? Why could it not be done sooner?
Or, why couldn’t the club sign a striker in the summer when we needed one then as well?
In other West Ham news, this international player is reportedly headed to the London Stadium.
