West Ham are discussing personal terms with target Filip Kostic – Fabrizio Romano
West Ham are now discussing personal terms with Filip Kostic after talks on a deal to sign him progressed, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The club has identified Kostic as a target and begun negotiations with Eintracht Frankfurt for the Serbian international defender.
However, Romano has now revealed that the Irons have begun to discuss personal terms, with negotiations entering the finals stages once the club concludes the Scamacca deal.

Romano said: “West Ham are discussing personal terms with Filip Kostić after an official proposal was submitted yesterday.
“Talks are progressing well, but deal is not done or completed yet.
“West Ham talks will enter into final stages once the Scamacca deal is completed, just a matter of small details.”
Good move for the Hammers?
The 29-year-old is an excellent player, who has bundles of energy and undeniable creative quality wherever he is played.
He has also established himself as a dependable player for the Serbian national team, making 48 appearances for his country and scoring three times since making his Serbia debut in 2015.
The versatile wing-back, who has also been deployed in central midfield and defensive roles, played for Groningen, Stuttgart and Hamburg before making a name for himself at Frankfurt.
Since moving to the Eagles in 2019, he has established himself as an offensive spark for the team, making 169 appearances for the club, scoring 33 times, and providing an astounding 63 assists.
Averaging 11 goals and 21 assists a season are numbers not to turn your nose up to, and the Hammers are acquiring a supremely talented player who will add a new dimension to their attack.
When you welcome this signing with the imminent arrival of Italian forward, Gianluca Scammaca, the future looks increasingly bright for David Moyes’ team.
In other West Ham news, the club are not interested in selling Tomas Soucek.
