West Ham and Watford interested in Udinese right-back Jens Stryger Larsen
West Ham are in the hunt to sign Udinese full-back Jens Stryger Larsen after the Denmark international was unable to agree terms with Galatasaray, according to Sky Sports.
The broadcaster reported via their Transfer Centre on Sunday [3:07pm] that Premier League clubs are “back on alert” after the 30-year-old’s proposed £3.5million move to Champions League club Galatasaray fell through.
It is understood that Larsen is now considering staying in Italy or moving to England amid interest from West Ham and Watford.

Another full-back?
David Moyes does not need another right-back.
Larsen is versatile enough to play on both sides of the pitch as last season, as he made 33 Serie A appearances for Udinese, he did play on both the right and left.
He was used as a right-back for Denmark at the European Championships this summer and played in every match, assisting a goal against the Czech Republic in the quarter-finals.
It would be good to have a full-back who can play on both the right and the left but as he’s 30-years-old, are there not better options out there?
We don’t need a new right-back, for starters.
Vladimir Coufal, Ben Johnson, Ryan Fredericks and Craig Dawson can all play there.
We could do with a new left-back due to Arthur Masuaku’s injury record and the fact that Aaron Cresswell has impressed as a left-sided centre-back in a back three.
Larsen, in that case, could be viewed as a left-back signing.
But if we were going to add to that area, we think it would be best to go for someone younger than the 30-year-old Udinese man and get in someone who can develop, play in the shadow of Masuaku and Cresswell before bursting onto the scene.
