Roy Hodgson decides on West Ham United offer for Crystal Palace to sign Maxwel Cornet
Crystal Palace have opted against the signature of West Ham United winger Maxwel Cornet, according to TEAMtalk.
The publication reported on its website on Thursday (1 February) that the Hammers offered the attacker to the Eagles on loan.
But Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson is not interested in the signature of Cornet, who is keen to leave the London Stadium, TEAMtalk added.
Staying?
Cornet has really struggled for game time under David Moyes since his move from Burnley, with injuries playing a part in those struggles.
The winger has made 31 appearances for the East London club, with 10 of those coming in all competitions this season.
Moyes really has overlooked him, unsurprisingly favouring the likes of Jarrod Bowen, Lucas Paqueta and Mohammed Kudus in the final third.
He could, therefore, be on the move before the winter transfer window draws to a close, but his final destination remains uncertain.
But with Said Benrahma looking likely to leave the London Stadium imminently, a Cornet stay should not be ruled out.

The Hammers need a big and talented squad if they are to keep up their impressive performances, with plenty up for grabs this season in their Premier League and Europa League journeys.
Cornet did net his first goal for the club in the recent clash with Sheffield United, but he really has failed to recreate his Burnley form that earned him a switch to the Hammers in the first place.
