Noah Okafor to West Ham United: New twist emerges as transfer offer revealed
West Ham United have been offered the chance to sign Noah Okafor from AC Milan, according to Corriere della Sera.
The Milan-based newspaper reported via their website on 2 February that the Serie A giants want to sell one of their attacking players before signing Joao Felix from Chelsea.
Therefore, the Irons have the opportunity to sign the 24-year-old before the transfer window closes on Monday, 3 February.
Graham Potter to sign Noah Okafor at West Ham?
West Ham are set for a busy end to the transfer window, with the loan signing of Evan Ferguson from Brighton already lined up [David Ornstein].
There are suggestions that the Hammers may add another attacker to their ranks before the window closes.
Graham Potter’s side have already proposed a package worth £35million for Lorient striker Eli Junior Kroupi [Sky Sports].
That means the East London outfit are still in the market for another attacker after agreeing to take Ferguson on loan.
Okafor’s ability to play across the front three, therefore, makes him an attractive option for the Premier League club.
However, it is worth noting that the Switzerland international has already had a transfer collapse during the ongoing winter transfer window.

The attacker was set to join RB Leipzig in January, but the transfer fell through despite the player even undergoing a medical [La Gazzetta dello Sport].
So, there is an element of risk if West Ham decide to pursue a deal for Okafor, especially this late in the window.
Meanwhile, it remains to be seen if Potter will be able to strengthen other areas of the pitch between now and the end of the window on Monday.
