Niclas Fullkrug exit: Euro giants ‘ready offer’ after expletive rant at West Ham
Niclas Fullkrug could seek a move away from West Ham United after launching an expletive rant on his teammates.
The Germany international grabbed headlines for hitting out at his West Ham teammates in the wake of their 1-1 Premier League draw against Southampton on Saturday, 19 April.
Fullkrug shocked many after using expletives in an angry rant after the Irons failed to defend a one-goal lead against an already relegated Southampton at the London Stadium.
There are concerns that the striker’s comments may have led to tensions boiling over at Rush Green, with Graham Potter also under immense pressure.

Fullkrug ‘unhappy’ at West Ham
It has now emerged that Fullkrug is ‘unhappy’ at West Ham, despite only joining them from Borussia Dortmund last summer.
That is why a transfer exit could be on the cards for the 32-year-old at the end of the season, with Besiktas interested in acquiring his services, according to Fotomac.

The Turkish outlet reported via their website (22 April) that Besiktas have stepped up their transfer plans after appointing former Borussia Dortmund chief scout Eduard Graf in a similar role last month.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have turned their attention towards signing Fullkrug to strengthen their attack and are already preparing an offer.
Graf certainly knows the German, as he was Borussia Dortmund’s chief scout when he was signed from Werder Bremen in 2023.

David Sullivan to make loss on Fullkrug
Eyebrows were raised when Tim Steidten signed Fullkrug from Dortmund for £27million, as the transfer fee was deemed too expensive for someone who was 31 years old at the time.
The centre-forward also struggled to hit the ground running at the London Stadium, with fitness issues hindering his first few months there.
Therefore, it is safe to say that Fullkrug’s transfer to West Ham has not worked out.
David Sullivan, though, will struggle to recoup the sum the Hammers paid to acquire the now-Besiktas target.
