‘Mohammed Kudus fumes at West Ham’ as standards slammed after transfer
Mohammed Kudus is seemingly on his way to Tottenham this transfer window after a disappointing season at West Ham United.
The 24-year-old signed for the Hammers from Ajax in 2023 and caught a lot of people’s attention during his debut campaign, but the forward’s form has dipped in recent months.
Kudus’ exit from the London Stadium looks close after the Irons accepted a £55million offer from Spurs for the attacker.
The Ghana international’s medical at Spurs is expected to take place in the coming hours, and he may be glad to leave E20.

Kudus looked around and was disappointed by the standards at the Hammers, Don Hutchinson says.
The former midfielder isn’t pleased to see the 24-year-old leave for a cut price fee, with his release clause £85million at the London Stadium and expects the attacker to thrive under Thomas Frank.

Hutchinson slammed the Irons’s standards and disagreed when one user on social media didn’t feel the Ghanaian forward was worth the release clause and took aim at his attitude.
The Englishman wrote on X (10 July): “Maybe he looked around and was p***** at the standard around him. He should kick on and reach his full potential now under Thomas Frank.”

Graham Potter’s stint at the London Stadium hasn’t gone off to the best of starts and he must undoubtedly turn things around next season.
The English manager isn’t being helped by the Hammers’ transfer business this summer, and some fans will arguably fear what the future holds in E20.
As of now, the Irons haven’t signed any players and are about to weaken their squad drastically with Kudus’ departure.
West Ham must invest to build a competitive squad for Potter as it wouldn’t be surprising to see him sacked if things don’t change.
The Hammers can’t keep relying on Jarrod Bowen to get them out of a tough spot every time and it will be interesting to see how they use the money from Kudus’ sale.
While the Ghana international’s attitude last season left a lot to be desired, the Irons’ struggles were evidently frustrating for many.
The London Stadium faithful will wish the 24-year-old the best and hope the East London club get their house in order soon.
