Maxwel Cornet shares cryptic Instagram post amid fresh West Ham United exit news
Maxwel Cornet has shared a mysterious post on Instagram as a move away from West Ham looms.
The Ivory Coast international has been linked with an exit from the London Stadium with Southampton the latest side to show an interest [the Daily Mail].
With that transfer up in the air, the 27-year-old shared a cryptic Instagram post on 29 August, showing himself sitting in a lift.
The caption reads: “Time is key”

It appears that a move away from East London is on the cards for the former Lyon star with this most recent social media post.
Cornet is yet to be in a matchday squad under Julen Lopetegui so a clean break could now make sense for all parties.
The Hammers signed the attacker from Burnley after an electric spell at Turf Moor where he took to the Premier League like a duck to water.
This prompted David Moyes’ side, at the time, to spend £17.5million [Sky Sports] on the Ivorian who has failed to live up to the heights at the London Stadium.
Now that a departure looks likely, it is very unlikely that a fee even close to that will be brought in with newly promoted Southampton interested.
The Saints are likely to want a loan or a very cheap deal which could suit the Irons who may just want him gone before the transfer deadline.
